In order to get the most out of your system and keep it running into the forseeable future, Webstract offer a range of service contracts. This is now available to all new and existing customers following a Webstract installation, but may also include non Webstract installed products following an inspection and approval by Webstract. Webstract's service contract is a unique support service designed to offer peace of mind to end users of, what may appear as, highly complex home entertainment and lighting systems at an affordable price. Webstract’s highly trained and experienced engineers will locate system problems via either telephone, email or on-site support whether this be a simple “what does this button on the remote control do”, to fixing system failures. Four levels of contracts are offered, by Webstract, from the starter level Bronze package for small home entertainment systems, to an individually tailored Platinum package for large bespoke entertainment and lighting systems. All the options are competitively priced and based on your location in the country.
